I really am enjoying this book. I GM mostly and it always great to have a quick NPC with full back story to introduce to my player. The back stories are not just simple bland stories either. Christian really did a great job fleshing them out. I have had several meaningful moments for my players with some of the characters in this book. Job well done!

Great book that is straight to the point with providing detailed backgrounds for characters to be used for NPCs for RPG games, Dungeons & Dragons in my case. The best though is that I can just as easily use these as guides for newer players as to how to make a character that isn't just a copy of themselves in the game, as well as make much more detailed NPCs without the time sink that goes with being a DM.

Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2021I'll just start off by saying I enjoyed Sissy the most. All the characters had wonderful back stories, and they were all laced together with each other. There are some great characters to read up on but I thought Sissy was going to be boring when I got around to her story. I WAS WRONG! I enjoyed the secrets that came to light. I don't want to spoil anything I'm sure others will agree with me about Sissy. I have some friends that like D&D and I will definitely recommend this book to them. Great for a Kindle Unlimited story!

Some of the stories of their lives and likes and brilliant and gripping, short stories unto their selves. This is a very good case study on how many authors can take their own characters and flesh them out, giving them depth and distinction, by writing out their backstories. Well done!

Reviewed in the United States on August 7, 2021It is all imagination but the author has built the characters in such a manner that you will enjoy reading about them. One thing that you could be sure about is entertainment throughout as the characters have been very well defined. If you ask me, which character I would like to play I will certainly choose Bartholomew, and it is because of his personality, the tough character behind the soft demeanor.
You will not get bored reading it so would like to give full credit to the author for presenting such a book which completely different from what we usually get to read.

The backstories are highly detailed and provide ample information for any game master to develop additional storylines that extend far beyond his or her established campaign.

It was very well written and it kept making me want to flip the pages. I would recommend this to anyone even those who normally would not read this

Well done. I highly recommend this book if you're into RPG, or even just writing a story and need some good inspiration.
